Code of Federal Regulationsยง 383.155Tamperproofing requirements.States must make the CLP and CDL tamperproof to the maximum extent practicable. At a minimum, a State must use the same tamperproof method used for noncommercial drivers' licenses. [76 FR 26893, May 9, 2011]
